Many on-campus classes are offered just once a year and some are available every alternate year. In addition, Sancta Sophia Seminary offers many one to three-day workshops on special subjects which are open to all.

May 31 - June 4

KABALAH
Rev. Carol E. Parrish

Kabalah, meaning “to receive”, preserves esoteric wisdom for those ready to explore this rich body of knowledge. History, symbology, and meditations are introduced, linking the Kabalistic Tree, the four worlds, the sephiroth, and pathways. We shall trace the relationship to esoteric Christianity from the mysticism of the Hebrews, as well as its similarities to other wisdom ways. Now both men and women can receive a general understanding of this powerful school of thought, rich with new information and transformational ideas. The goal of the class is to explore and gain a new appreciation of this route to higher consciousness. This may be your path.

AM session: Uncovering Your Hidden Talents

We are all born with innate psychic abilities. Through group interaction, lecture and personal instruction we will explore those abilities and deepen our understanding of Inner Knowing. Learning to access those higher levels of self allows the intuitive nature to unfold. Working within Spiritual Law and the ethical use of these senses gives the conscious worker of today a vital tool. Become an effective world server working in harmony with the higher world to better serve humanity. Everyone has psychic abilities, so this is a FUN class!

PM session: Shustah Meditation Tools

Shustah cards are designed to prompt our natural intuition and enable us to establish communication between inner and outer perceptions. Symbols enhance meditation and divination as they connect us with archetypal energies. In this class, latent intuition awakens as instruction, experience with the symbols, and group work are provided. $30 material fee.

Continuing the work of the previous week, participants explore their natural psychic abilities in an intimate setting with a recognized intuitive. Incoming energies continue to unveil the mysteries of the feminine helping humanity recognize it’s innate gifts. Students exchange readings, practice several experiential techniques, and establish new confidence in their ever-expanding capabilities.

PM session: Inner Symbols: The Language of Dreams and Meditation
Rev. Retha Banez

Discover and interpret your personal symbols as found in meditation and dreams. Few realize how connected dreams and psychic skills are, both exposing deep feelings, meanings, and concerns of the hidden nature. Participants learn ways to enrich themselves by means of symbols and inner exploration. This class provides an enjoyable combination of lecture, discussion, and exercises to help participants discover the significance of symbols in the inner and outer aspects of their lives.

PSYCHOGRAPHY: Past LIfe Therapy Plus

Often called “healing of the memories,” Psychography was developed by the late Rev. Franklin Loehr and is defined as the “mapping of the soul.” It has special appeal to therapists seeking an altered-state therapeutic approach that is not hypnotic. Designed to assist clients to recall and heal memories from this or a past life, this tool for personal and spiritual enhancement is documented by years of research. Experience your own past with new tools for personal healing plus supervised training.

Also, learn the forgotten healing work of the early Christian tradition: Spirit Releasement Therapy. Build skills needed to assist with complicated issues of freeing entities to bring healing of inner pain, release negative influences from the client’s body/mind, as well as other healing techniques.

This course offers regression therapy certification and qualifies practitioners for membership in the International Association for Regression Research and Therapies, Inc. (IARRT). Counseling Week or its equivalent is a prerequisite for certification. Class concludes on the last Saturday at noon. Limited to 16 participants.

REVIEW OF THE RAYS

This workshop is for students to refresh their understanding of the Seven Rays, a concept brought through by various recent spiritual philosophers. These philosophers emphasize that evolving humanity must expand its present knowledge of psychology to include an understanding of the Seven Rays and Esoteric Astrology to consciously and successfully interact with the energies that influence the personality vehicle and the soul. The workshop will give each participant an opportunity to re-examine or perhaps determine their unique ray profile to gain insight into the qualities, lessons, goals, strengths, and weaknesses of their psychological and causal nature. This class is a lead-in to the class on Advanced Esoteric Astrology, taught by Dennis Acrea, August 11th through 17th, because an understanding of one’s Ray make-up is an essential part of Esoteric Astrology.

What is Esoteric Astrology? This advanced class continues our study of Esoteric Astrology. This is the unfolding of the Mind of God through the application of the 7 Rays as they animate the astrological signs and planets. The purpose of our solar system is the unfolding of consciousness on all levels. The purpose of humanity, both collectively and individually, is the revelation of the soul’s reality.
